Russia - sanctioned till further notice.
Russia has been sanctioned due to its recent agressiveness and war against Ukraine. Following this and from effect from 3rd June, 2022 onwards, all ModerSafe moderations in Russia will stop temporarily.*
*Organisations/Charities in Russia raising funds for refugees in Ukraine will be provided ModerSafe services upon request.
Israel - temporarily sanctioned
Israel has been temporarily sanctioned and will continue running from the 20th of March, 2023. Israel has been sanctioned due to its behaviour in 2021 following the war between them and Palestine.
For now, ModerSafe operations will be terminated in Israel.*
*Organisations/Charities in Israel raising funds for refugees in Israel and Palestine will be provided ModerSafe services upon request.
Iran (Paused)
Operations in Iran have been paused due to ongoing severe power outages and protests, making it hard for our moderatorsto contact group owners.
Sri Lanka
Power outages and slight political unrest has caused slight inconvinenice for our staff members to contact the group moderators or moderate the group.
